近日,SEG SAP項目(Smart4us)第二階段藍圖細化里程碑匯報會在集團總部(鄭州)和SEG(斯圖加特)連線順利召開,這標志著公司全球數字化轉型正式邁入提速深化期。
ecently, the milestone review meeting for the Phase II Blueprint Refinement of the SEG SAP Project (Smart4us) was successfully held via a virtual connection between the Group Headquarters (Zhengzhou) and SEG (Stuttgart). This marks the official entry of the company’s global digital transformation into an accelerated and deepened phase.
自項目啟動以來,集團總部與SEG全球團隊深度協作,聚焦“流程標準化、運營高效化、架構一體化、區域適配化”,推動數字化建設從“功能搭建”向“價值創造”進階,為全球化戰略與數字化建設的協同發展鋪設路徑。
Since the project launch, the Group Headquarters and the global SEG team have collaborated closely, focusing on the goals of "process standardization, operational efficiency, architectural integration, and regional adaptation". They have driven the evolution of digitalization from "function building" to "value creation," laying the groundwork for the coordinated development of global strategy and digital initiatives.
會議上,相關負責人對項目實施進展、階段性成果、存在問題及下一步重點工作進行了詳細匯報。截至目前,第二階段核心任務——“全球模板建設”已全部完成,包括to-be業務藍圖細化、速贏實施方案、數據遷移方案以及外圍系統改進計劃等,為第二階段“開發及技術方案”里程碑奠定了堅實的基礎。
During the meeting, relevant leaders provided a detailed report on the project’s implementation progress, phased achievements, existing challenges, and key priorities for the next stage. As of now, the core task of Phase II – the "Global Template Development" – has been fully completed. This includes the refinement of the to-be business blueprint, quick-win implementation plans, data migration plans, and improvement plans for peripheral systems, all of which have laid a solid foundation for the achievement of the Phase II "Development and Technical Solution" milestone.
作為SEG Smart4us項目的核心載體,“全球模板建設”具有重要意義:一方面,通過流程、數據、應用架構的標準化,為公司優化全球運營效率、降低管理成本筑牢數字根基;另一方面,SEG全球模板的成功落地,將為集團后續全球模板的搭建提供可復制、可推廣的實踐經驗,成為支撐公司全球數字化運營的關鍵基石。
As the core vehicle of the SEG Smart4us Project, the "Global Template Development" holds significant importance:
On one hand, through the standardization of processes, data, and application architecture, it strengthens the digital foundation for the company to optimize global operational efficiency and reduce management costs.
On the other hand, the successful rollout of the SEG Global Template will provide replicable and scalable practical experience for the Group’s subsequent development of global templates, serving as a key cornerstone to support the company’s global digital operations.
